সোশ্যাল নিউজ বিডি যাত্রা শুরু করে ২০১২ সালের এপ্রিল মাসে একটি লক্ষ নিয়ে আর সেটা হল সারা বিশ্বে্র সামাজিক মিডিয়ার নতুন খবরাখবর বাংলায় প্রকাশ করা। বর্তমানে বাংলা প্ল্যাটফর্মে বেশ কয়েকটি ব্লগ আছে যারা এই ধরনের খবর পরিবেশন করছে কিন্তু সেখানে কিছু ব্যাপকতার অভাব লক্ষনীয়। আমরা সেই ঘাটতি পুরনেই নিয়ে এসেছি এই সাইট টি। ইন্টারনেটে বাংলা ভাষায় সামাজিক মিডিয়ার খবর প্রকাশের মাধ্যমে আমরা বিশ্বকে বাংলাদেশের আনাচে কানাচে পৌছে দিতে চাই আর এ জন্যে চাই আপনাদের সবার সহযোগীতা। নিত্য নতুন প্রযুক্তি পন্য, আন্তর্জাতিক মিডিয়ার খবরাখবর, খেলাধুলা, আউটসোর্সিং এর খবর ও পরামর্শ, প্রযুক্তির বিকাশ কে আমরা এই সাইটের মাধ্যমে আপনাদের সামনে তুলে ধরতে চাই। আমরা দৃঢ় ভাবে বিশ্বাস করি, আপনাদের সহযোগীতায় বাংলাদেশে সামাজিক মিডিয়া কে এক অন্য উচ্চতায় নিয়ে যেতে সক্ষম হব।
